End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Maoliang Liang ("Developer") for the use of the TermiSSH mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices running iOS/iPadOS, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Apple Standard EULA
This App is subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA). In the event of any conflict between the Apple Standard EULA and this Agreement, this Agreement shall control solely with respect to the App-specific terms.
3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
The App offers auto-renewable subscription ("TermiSSH Pro Yearly") and a one-time purchase ("TermiSSH Pro Lifetime"):
- TermiSSH Pro Yearly (¥98/year): Auto-renewable subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- TermiSSH Pro Lifetime (¥289): One-time purchase, no renewal. Lifetime access to all Pro features.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your Apple ID Account Settings on your device after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
4. Pro Features
Pro features include: unlimited server connections, custom terminal themes and color schemes, command snippet manager (unlimited snippets), custom server groups, and iCloud sync.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the App to any third party.
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, server connection issues, or business interruption.
9. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. The Developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, with or without cause.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

本最终用户许可协议（以下简称"本协议"）是您（以下简称"用户"或"您"）与开发者毛亮亮（以下简称"开发者"）之间就 TermiSSH 移动应用（以下简称"本 App"）的使用所达成的法律协议。
下载、安装或使用本 App 即表示您同意受本协议条款的约束。如不同意，请勿安装或使用本 App。
1. 许可授予
开发者授予您一项有限的、非排他的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，允许您在 Apple 品牌的 iOS/iPadOS 设备上，出于个人非商业目的使用本 App。
2. Apple 标准 EULA
本 App 受 Apple 许可应用程序最终用户许可协议（Apple 标准 EULA）的约束。若 Apple 标准 EULA 与本协议存在任何冲突，就 App 特定条款而言，以本协议为准。
3. 订阅与自动续费
本 App 提供自动续期订阅（TermiSSH Pro 年订阅）和一次性买断（TermiSSH Pro 买断）：
- TermiSSH Pro 年订阅（¥98/年）：自动续期订阅。购买确认后将从您的 Apple ID 账户扣款。订阅会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内自动续期，除非您提前关闭自动续期。
- TermiSSH Pro 买断（¥289）：一次性购买，无需续费。终身使用全部 Pro 功能。
- 您可以在设备上的 Apple ID 账户设置中管理和取消订阅。
- 免费试用期未使用的部分将在购买订阅时自动作废。
4. Pro 功能
Pro 功能包括：不限服务器数量、自定义终端主题与配色方案、命令片段管理（无数量限制）、自定义服务器分组、iCloud 同步。
5. 使用限制
您不得：
- 对本 App 进行逆向工程、反编译或反汇编。
- 修改、改编或基于本 App 创作衍生作品。
- 向任何第三方分发、再许可、出租、租赁或出借本 App。
- 将本 App 用于任何非法或未经授权的目的。
6. 隐私
我们重视您的隐私。请查看我们的隐私政策了解我们如何处理您的数据。
7. 免责声明
本 App 按"现状"和"现有"提供，不附带任何明示或暗示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性或不侵权的保证。开发者不保证本 App 不会中断、无错误或安全。
8. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因使用本 App 而产生的任何间接、偶然、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害赔偿承担责任，包括但不限于数据丢失、服务器连接问题或业务中断。
9. 终止
本协议自生效之日起有效。如果您未能遵守任何条款，您在本协议项下的权利将自动终止。开发者保留随时以任何理由终止或暂停您对本 App 访问权限的权利。
