1. Introduction
TermiSSH (the "App") is an SSH terminal and SFTP file manager developed by Maoliang Liang (the "Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your data. We take your privacy seriously and have designed the App to minimize data collection.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
- No personal information — We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information.
- No analytics — We do not use any analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or crash reporting tools.
- No advertising — The App contains no advertisements or ad-related SDKs.
- No third-party data sharing — We do not share any data with third parties.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
The following data is stored exclusively on your device's Keychain and local file system, and never transmitted to us or any third party:
- SSH server credentials (passwords and private keys) — stored in iOS Keychain with hardware encryption.
- Server metadata (hostname, port, username, labels, group names) — stored in the app's sandboxed Documents directory as JSON.
- Terminal themes and preferences — stored in UserDefaults.
- App lock passcode — stored in iOS Keychain.
4. iCloud Sync
If you enable iCloud sync (which is optional and Pro-only), server metadata (hostname, port, username, labels) will be synced across your devices via Apple's NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest on Apple's servers. Passwords and private keys are never synced to iCloud.
5. Network Traffic
All SSH and SFTP traffic is encrypted end-to-end using the libssh2 library with mbedTLS cryptography. The Developer does not have access to your network traffic. The App does not make any network connections other than the SSH/SFTP connections you explicitly initiate.
6. Face ID / Touch ID
The App offers optional Face ID or Touch ID protection for app launch. Biometric data is handled entirely by iOS and is not accessible to the App or the Developer.
7. Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple's App Store In-App Purchase system. The Developer does not receive any payment information. Transaction identifiers are stored locally for receipt validation purposes only.
8. Data Deletion
You can delete all data stored by the App by uninstalling the App. Server credentials stored in Keychain will be removed automatically upon uninstallation. You may also delete individual servers or clear all data from within the App's settings.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

TermiSSH uses encryption (libssh2 + mbedTLS) exclusively for SSH protocol connections. This is classified as "mass market" encryption under BIS Category 5 Part 2. An annual self-classification report is filed with the U.S. government as required.

4. iCloud 同步

6. Face ID / Touch ID
本 App 提供可选的 Face ID 或 Touch ID 保护。生物识别数据完全由 iOS 处理，App 和开发者均无法访问。
7. 订阅
Pro 订阅通过 Apple 的 App Store 内购系统处理。开发者不会收到任何支付信息。交易标识符仅本地存储用于收据验证。
8. 数据删除
卸载本 App 即可删除所有存储的数据。Keychain 中存储的服务器凭据将在卸载时自动移除。您也可以在 App 设置中删除单个服务器或清除所有数据。
9. 儿童隐私
本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童。我们不会故意收集任何儿童的个人信息。
